LBJ Civic Leadership Award Nomination Form

The LBJ Civic Leadership Award is named for the former US President and alumnus, Lyndon Baines Johnson. This award honors those students who embody LBJ's legacy of service, education and leadership by inspiring others, encouraging them to excel academically, and live meaningfully engaged lives, through public service to create a lasting impact on Texas State and the surrounding community. 

Faculty, staff, and students (undergraduate and graduate) can nominate undergraduate students for this award. Self-nominations are also accepted.
