The Dean's List Receptions will take place on Wednesday, February 7, 2024 and Thursday, February 8, 2024 from 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. in the LBJ Ballroom and Grand Ballroom of the LBJ Student Center.

The Dean's List honors outstanding academic achievement by undergraduate students in each of the University's Colleges. Undergraduate students must complete a minimum of 12 credit hours and earn at least a 3.5 GPA at the end of any Fall or Spring semester in order to receive this distinction. Recipients’ names are placed on a printed list on the third floor of the LBJ Student Center each semester and are invited to attend a reception in their honor.

Applied Arts | AG 300 | Students can pick up their certificates or have them emailed to them. All certificates are created upon request. |
Business | McCoy 530 | Students can pick up their certificates in the office (printed copies available only upon request and submission of your TXST student ID number) |
Education | ED 2001 | Students can pick up their certificates in the Dean’s office. Please submit your certificate request using our online form. |
Fine Arts & Communication | Old Main 112 | Emails are sent to students letting them know they can request a printed certificate. |
Health Professions | HPB 201 | Students must fill out an online certificate request after receiving an email notification. |
Honors College | Lamp 407 | Honors College does not offer dean’s lists certificates. |
Liberal Arts | Flowers 313 | Students can pick up their certificate and shirt from the office Monday-Friday from 8:00-5:00 by filling out the online form. |
Science & Engineering | CENT 201 | Students receive an email notification to pick up their certificates in the office. |
Academic Affairs | THH 146 | Students receive an email with a link to request a certificate. |
