PALM Leadership Programs and Resources

Workshops

The PALM Office staff hold workshops upon request for groups of Texas State students, staff and faculty. Our workshops are specifically designed to help your team get the most out of the time we will have together. Each workshop is designed with your input and direction making it truly fit your needs.

Retreats

The PALM Office is here to help your organization get the most out of their retreat. Whether you need us for an hour or an entire day, we can come to your retreat and help facilitate a number of activities or conversations. We look to help facilitate conversation and idea generation within your team. Each request is personalized to fit the needs of your group.

Team Builders

Whether your team is brand new or well established, team builders are a great way to challenge your staff! Team builders can be part of a retreat, take place during a meeting, or can be a multiple hour workshop.

Leadership Resources

We offer a variety of leadership resources that are free of charge! One of our largest resources is the Leadership Library that hosts over 100 leadership and activity books. Additionally, the staff in the PALM Office are always willing to provide additional resources from our portfolio of activities and workshops!

Leadership Trait Assessments

The PALM Office provides a number of assessment tools that will help you learn about yourself and your team. The assessment tools include: StrengthsQuest, Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI), True Colors, and many more!
