Student Involvement Fair Registration

Thank you for your interest in participating in the Spring 2018 Involvement Fair! We hope that you will help fellow Bobcats find their home away from home by participating!

Registration is first come, first serve until filled or the registration deadline. The deadline to complete registration will be Friday December 15th, 2017 at 12: pm. Completion of registration includes the online registration form (below) and payment of the $10 registration fee. Cash and checks are accepted (payable to: Student Organizations Council) at the Student Involvement @ LBJSC front desk located on the 4th floor of the LBJ Student Center. Your organization will receive a confirmation email from SOC with specific details about the Involvement Fair within days leading up to the event. 

Cancellations will require the notification to SOC at least 48 hours prior to the Student Involvement Fair. You may do so by contacting or calling 512.245.1485. Failure to notify SOC within this time frame will result in a $15 fee to your organization. This fee is a result of the large number of student organizations who wish to participate and limited spaces. This year, SOC will host a table decorating contest. You may decorate your table in a way that showcases your organization spirit. If you would like to participate, please click yes. Winners will receive a prize. *
