Annual Registration

The Annual Registration or New Student Organization Registration will keep your organization in good standing with Texas State University and must be completed in order for your organization to be recognized as registered with the University. 
 

Annual Registration for the 2016-2017 year.

 
Thank you for your patience as we roll out our new digital system. The deadline to complete the 2016-2017 Annual Registration is Friday, September 23, 2016. 
 
Please note your organization will still need to provide physical copies of your organization constitution and the Off-Campus Affiliation form (if applicable).
