Student-related functions and activities: Student Center sponsored events, official student events, registered student organizations, Presidential functions.
  Room Rental Fees: No Charge
  Set-Up Fees: No charge unless a standard set is altered.
  Overtime Charge: $25/hour
  Technical Support: $20/hour (Teaching Theater Only)
Priority II:
Departmental Events
  Room Rental Fees: Meeting Rooms: N/C
Teaching Theater: $50 flat rate
  Set-Up Fees: No charge unless a standard set is altered.
Ballroom: $50 flat rate
Ballroom A or B: $25 flat rate
Multipurpose Room: $25 flat rate
  Overtime Charge: $25/hour
  Technical Support: $20/hour (Teaching Theater Only)
Priority III:
Individual Students and TxState Personnel
  Room Rental Fees: Meeting Rooms: $25/each
Ballroom: $200 flat rate
Teaching Theater: $200 flat rate
Multipurpose Room: $50 flat rate

Professional Conference or Professional Development Programs for Non-Texas State Persons Hosted by University Departments

Groups unaffiliated with the University sponsored by a student Organization or University Department

Ballroom: $100/hour (2 hour min)
Teaching Theater: $250 flat rate
Multipurpose Room: $100 flat rate

Md. Meeting Rooms: $75 flat rate (20-49 ppl)
Sm. Meeting Rooms: $50 flat rate (less than 20 ppl)
Ballroom: $125/hour (2 hour min)
Teaching Theater: $500 flat rate
