STUDENT ORGANIZATION FORMS

IMPORTANT NOTE: In an effort to simplify the Event Intake process for Student Organizations, the Event Intake and Reservation Request forms have been merged into one online document. We hope this will improve your experience with reserving meeting space at the LBJ Student Center.


Use the Student Organization LBJSC Reservation Request form for one-time events in all reservable space in the LBJ Student Center. 

Use the Student Organization LBJSC Recurring Reservation Request form for all recurring (weekly, monthly, bi-weekly, etc.) meetings. 

NEW!  Use the Student Organization LBJSC Multi-Day Reservation Request form for events that span more than one day but are not considered a recurring meeting. 

Food Waiver forms are required and must be attached with each request for every event that includes food of any kind. 

Please attach the necessary forms with each reservation request to expedite processing.

 


TXST DEPARTMENT FORMS


Instructions & Information

Use the TXST DEPT LBJSC Reservation Request form for all one-time events in the LBJ Student Center. 

Use the TXST DEPT LBJSC Recurring Reservation Request form for all TXST departmental recurring (weekly, monthly, bi-weekly, etc.) meetings. 

Please attach the necessary Diagram, Schedule Grid, Food Waiver, or AP-12 forms with each reservation request to expedite processing.

Reservation Policies - LBJ Student Center & LBJSC Mall

Effective Date:  03/28/2017

 

02.03 Space reserved in the LBJSC will be scheduled for programs, activities and special events. Academic classes will not be scheduled in the LBJSC with the exception of the Teaching Theatre.

 

All requests for academic space will be directed to the Registrar's Office. 

 


OFF-CAMPUS USERS FORMS

This form is for TXST Faculty, Staff, Students, and Off-Campus users for private and corporate events.   

Instructions & Information

Use the Off Campus User LBJ Reservation Request form for all single-occurrence events in LBJ Student Center. 

Food Waiver forms are required and must be attached with each request for every event that includes food of any kind. 

Ballroom diagrams are required for all Ballroom events.

Please attach the necessary forms with each reservation request to expedite processing.
