Trailblazers Leadership Program designed for upper class students of Texas State. It is intended as a follow-up to the freshmen leadership development program, Navigators. This program will build on students understanding and experience with leadership. Topics include: leadership in groups & teams, building a legacy and the importance of giving back, learning how to facilitate as a leader, understand various styles of leadership, leading with integrity, learning more about diversity in leadership, and learning how to effectively resolve conflict. A major goal of this program is to train and equip peer facilitators to conduct leadership workshops with student organizations.
