The Leadership Office focuses on building the leadership skills of each Bobcat student and encourages every student – not just student organization leaders – to join the various programs that can help enhance your leadership skills. Through these programs, you will build self-development, interpersonal, transitional, and organizational and group development skills – all the skills that build the frame of a great leader!

The Leadership Office is about diverse thinking and bringing together people of different backgrounds, perspectives, insights, and experiences in one place to create a collaboration of leadership and learning opportunities to you on campus.
