Solicitation and Posting on Campus
All properties (vendors) wishing to post flyers or setup a table on campus must be sponsored by a student organization to do so. The student organization will fill out the proper paperwork and turn it into the campus activities desk. The paperwork must be received 7 days prior to desired date. *please note a small fee may be charged by student organizations for sponsorship*
In addition to being sponsored by a student organization, any flyer posted on campus must be stamped by campus activities and posted in designated locations, failure to do so will result in removal off the flyer and possible fines.
For more information and all rules and regulations concerning solicitation on campus please visit the solicitation homepage. (link to: http://www.lbjsc.txstate.edu/solicitation/index.shtm)
